Feasibility Study TurnAround Change

Feasibility Study & Market Entry Strategy

Our client, a European construction company, contracted SASS to run a feasibility study on localisation opportunities in the construction of power stations in South Africa as well as develop a market entry strategy. Our solutions helped the group expand their operations into 6 African markets.

Corporate Turnaround Strategy

Working closely with our client, we designed solutions to reposition the organization for sustainability and profit growth.

As part of the turnaround strategy, we also developed a pricing strategy and an aircraft fleet reconfiguration process. Our client achieved profit growth through a more optimised pricing structure and a fleet lifecycle costing model that drove costs down.

Change Management

SASS was appointed to lead the change management process within the supply chain management unit of a South African security operations center that was undergoing a turnaround and transformation process.

Our support led to effective service delivery through the adoption of predetermined best practice guidelines, developed tools and implemented technologies. Overall, a remodeled organization aligned to its 5 year Strategic Plan was built.
